By accessing or using the RemindaPlus application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this App.
a. RemindaPlus does not store or transfer any personal data, including Canvas tokens, to our servers. All data is encrypted and stored on the user's device.
b. We employ industry-standard encryption to protect the data on your device. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
a. The Canvas tokens provided are solely used to fetch and remind students of their upcoming assignments. These tokens are never used for any other purposes.
b. Users are responsible for the security of their Canvas tokens. We recommend users to revoke and regenerate their tokens if they believe it has been compromised.
NewAge, its affiliates, and its sponsors are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to the App, App-related services, content, or information contained within the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the App after such notifications will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our App without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austin, Texas. Any disputes arising from or relating to the App or these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Austin, Texas.
